WOMEN'S PERSONAL DEFENSE

COURSE OVERVIEW

Our Women’s Personal Defense Training Course is designed to empower women with the awareness, confidence, and practical skills needed to recognize threats early, respond decisively, and protect themselves in everyday environments. This course emphasizes prevention first, teaching participants how to avoid danger when possible and how to respond effectively if avoidance is no longer an option.

The training integrates situational awareness, threat detection, physical defense principles, and mindset development in a supportive, professional learning environment.
